Camille serves as Interim Managing Director of HR at East Bay Community Foundation, bringing over 25 years of experience spanning brand development, storytelling, and people-first HR strategy. Her work lives at the intersection of brand values and organizational culture—guided by the belief that culture is not decoration, but stewardship. She specializes in navigating complex employee dynamics with empathy and clarity, fostering workplaces rooted in trust, belonging, and alignment between internal culture and organizational mission.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Camille has deep roots across California, having lived and worked in communities spanning from San Joaquin County to Santa Cruz and Ventura counties. As a Black and Filipina woman, daughter of an immigrant, and mother raising five multiracial children with her husband, she brings not only strategic expertise but lived understanding to her work in racial equity and justice. Camille believes the magic happens when people feel safe, seen, and empowered to show up fully—because when teams thrive, transformational impact follows.

Camille holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing & Communications from University of Phoenix, a Merchandise Marketing degree from FIDM, and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from University of South Florida.
