Natalie Torres-Rosas joined East Bay Community Foundation in June 2019 as a Donor Services Associate and now serves as a Grants Manager. In her role, she supports the administration and processing of complex grantmaking and scholarship portfolios, partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant grant disbursements as EBCF continues to expand its philanthropic impact.

Natalie holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology. She is deeply committed to advancing equity and strengthening social systems, interests shaped by both her academic background and lived experience. Prior to joining EBCF, Natalie worked in Development at UC San Francisco and UC Berkeley, and volunteered with community-based organizations as well as within San Francisco and San Mateo County jails.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time at the dog park with little Olive, reading mystery and crime novels, and exploring Oakland. You can most likely find her at a taco stand!
