Nadine de Coteau is the Senior Director of Philanthropic Planning at the East Bay Community Foundation. A mission-driven leader, Nadine is passionate about delivering positive impact through connection, collaboration, and community. Nadine has over 20 years experience in the nonprofit and private sectors and has held leadership roles in philanthropy, strategic partnerships, program management, marketing, and communications across diverse areas including technology, education, environment, energy, and healthcare.

Her deep commitment to equity and her strategic approach to philanthropic growth have been shaped by her work within Apple’s Racial Equity and Justice Initiative, along with extensive experience in marketing, donor relations, and planned giving at Earthjustice and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals Foundation.

Nadine is a Bay Area native, and has a MBA and M.S. in engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. from UC Berkeley.
