Brittney Jackson is a Grants Specialist at the East Bay Community Foundation, where she supports the foundation’s grantmaking processes and operations to ensure an effective and equitable experience for grantees and staff. Prior to joining EBCF, she served as a Program Associate at The James Irvine Foundation, where she managed grant workflows, supported budgeting and reporting, and collaborated across teams to strengthen grantmaking operations. Earlier in her career, Brittney held development and operations roles at nonprofit organizations focused on education equity and community impact.
Brittney earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and her Master of Public Administration from the University of San Francisco. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, caring for her ever-growing collection of houseplants, exploring new restaurants, and traveling with her husband.
