The Shelley Bergum Higher Education Scholarship, funded through the California Communications Access Foundation, honors the significant work of Shelley Bergum in support of individuals with disabilities by supporting students with disabilities pursuing an Associate or Undergraduate Degree at a higher education institution in California. Up to 6 awards of $2,500 each are awarded each year.
