With more than 25 years of leadership experience and commitment to advancing social change, Vivian Chang joins the East Bay Community Foundation as its Vice President of Community Investment and Partnership. In this new leadership role at EBCF, Vivian will oversee implementation of EBCF’s programmatic strategy and will serve as a key liaison with public, private, philanthropic and community leaders.
EBCF invests in programs for children from birth to age 8 to break the “start behind, stay behind” cycle. Our Community Partners and other grantees support positive parenting.
