Health Services Expert, Lamirault Consulting Board Vice Chair
Most recently, INGRID LAMIRAULT served as the Chief Executive Officer at the Alliance for Health from 2003 to 2014. She was responsible for the leadership and overall management of the organization, which serves 200,000 members (clients) insured by Medicare, Medi-Cal, and the Alameda County In-Home Support Services Program. The Alliance holds 12% of the county’s health insurance market. Prior to joining the Alliance, Ms. Lamirault served as the Director of the Office of Ambulatory Care for the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, where she held several leadership positions during her 20 year tenure. She began her work with the county as Chief of Planning and Grant Development, Office of AIDS. She also served as the Director of the Tobacco Control Program and the Director of the Office of Planning.
Ms. Lamirault holds a Masters of Public Health in Health Services Administration and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Behavioral Science and Health Education, both from the University of California at Los Angeles.
