Affiliate Funds are “junior community foundations” serving communities within Alameda and Contra Costa counties and operating under the umbrella of the East Bay Community Foundation.

Albany Community Foundation

The Albany Community Foundation was formed in 2001 to create a way to expand charitable giving in Albany. Our goal is to encourage and develop local philanthropy and to serve as a resource through which charitable funds may be directed to meet the needs of local organizations and emerging community needs.

Berkeley Community Fund

This mission of the Berkeley Community Fund is to provide 4-year scholarships and mentoring support for academically talented and resilient Berkeley High School students.

Crockett Community Foundation

The mission of the Crockett Community Foundation is to enhance the quality of life in the Crockett community, now and for generations to come by promoting the vitality of non-profit organizations, fostering volunteerism, establishing a permanent endowment, and encouraging and assisting charitable donors.

Martinez Community Foundation

Established in 1993, the Martinez Community Foundation (MCF) is a nonprofit, public benefit corporation organized to support projects and programs that benefit the Martinez community in the areas of cultural and community celebrations, community services, economic development, education and the environment.

Pleasant Hill Community Foundation

The Pleasant Hill Community Foundation promotes and supports educational, recreational, cultural and other activities for people living and working in the Pleasant Hill area. Its mission is to help maximize the current and long-term impact of charitable activities in the community while assisting charitable donors.
