Diane Sanchez oversees the Foundation’s grantmaking activities and programs as well as grantmaking services to the Foundation’s donors.   A former member of the Board of Directors at the Foundation,  she had a consulting practice in organizational development for 14 years before joining the Foundation staff in 2000. She has previously held senior management positions with J. Walter Thompson, Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corporation, and Bedford Properties.  She is a member of the national board of directors of Grantmakers in the Arts.
