Lianna Adauto is responsible for assisting the Director of Public & Private Partnerships managing initiatives with our partners in the private sector.  Before joining the East Bay Community Foundation, her work for  well-known corporations in the Bay Area focused on corporate social responsibility, employee volunteerism, in-kind donation programs, foundation administration, corporate-led community events and corporate marketing.

As Senior Public Affairs Representative at Kaiser Permanente, she was responsible for promoting  corporate mission through community events and through supporting healthy eating and active lifestyles; developing and maintaining relationships with community leaders and organizations, business groups and government agencies; and managing employee-engagement programs.

She also worked at Community Foundation Silicon Valley prior to its merger with the Peninsula Community Foundation.  There, she was involved in managing and processing grants, developing policies and procedures, conducting due diligence and preparing grant correspondence.  She also served on the Foundation’s Wellness Committee that focused on celebratory events to foster high morale and employee retention.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Santa Clara University.
